Ability to Rotate an Image

Site staff now have the ability to rotate an image 90 degrees after uploading it to the platform.

Extension of Email Format Beyond Generic Domains

Update validation to accept more than 3 characters beyond the generic top-level domains (.com, .gov, .net, etc). This allows for accounts with unique email addresses to be created in the system.
