Filter Out Participants / LARs from User Search Results

Site staff will now have the ability to filter out Participants and Legally Authorized Representatives (LARs) from search results so that they can find Site Staff users easier.

Platform Timeout Extended During Video Call

The platform timeout has been extended to 60 minutes when the user is in a video call.

Expanded Functionality within Rule Builder

This new functionality enables Data Managers to expand rules. An example is the ability to select new field type conditions that can trigger alerts.
