Product Release Notes 2.57.0

Out-of-Range Alert

A pop-up now warns users that the data they entered in a form is out of bounds (e.g. a temperature higher than the expected maximum), while still allowing them to save the form. This serves as a visual alert to patients, while letting them confirm that the data they entered is indeed correct, even if outside of the guardrails.

Blinded Forms

Data Managers can “blind” a form from site admins, investigators, coordinators, nurses, and study monitors. These roles will not be able to see data in the form, but can still see the form in the patient’s schedule.

Copy/Revise Schedule Template

Data Managers can now duplicate a schedule template. This makes it easier to produce similar templates, by making and modifying copies of the original.

Notifications of Form Completion/Expiration

Data Managers, Coordinators, and Investigators can set a form to send an email to one or more of a patient’s contacts (including the Nurse). The notification can be sent when the form is about to expire, when the form has expired, and/or when the patient has completed the form.
