Here are the highlights of this upcoming release. Please note that these are subject to change, and we will notify you if a change occurs.

 

Multi-Factor Authentication Code Timeout Extension

When logging in, the default expiration time for multi-factor authentication emails has been extended from 5 to 10 minutes, providing additional time for users to receive codes to login via email.
 

Ability to Sort Reports

Site staff with access to reports will now be able to sort reports alphabetically and chronologically.
 

Enhance Web Image Upload Using Mobile Chrome Browser

Nurses and site staff will experience improved performance when uploading images on a form from the Chrome browser on mobile devices.
 

Enhancement to eConsent Workflow to Ensure Proper Signature Order

Site staff will not be able to sign eConsent until the participant and/or legally authorized representative has signed the eConsent form first.
 

New Schedule Template Type - Consent

Data managers will have the ability to identify certain schedule templates as “Consent” schedule templates, allowing them to enforce the application of a consent to all participants in a site, as well as easily identify templates that contain consent forms from templates that do not have consent forms.
 

New Consent Form Setting - “Must Complete Form”

Data managers will have the ability to flag a consent form as "must complete form". This allows data managers to require / enforce that the participant complete the consent form(s) before other schedule templates are applied to the participant.
 

Masked Personal Identifying Information (PII)

All users of the web platform will see PII masked when they initially log into the platform to protect participant privacy. Selected roles have the ability to easily toggle the masking off if needed.
