Product Release Notes 2.82.0

We remain committed to improving your experience with our Science 37® technology platform.

To keep you up-to-date on key new features and improvements, the Product Release Notes will be delivered with every release.

Here are the highlights of this upcoming release. Please note that these are subject to change, and we will notify you if a change occurs.

Date Range for Soft Lock

Data managers can specify a date range when soft locking a participant. This provides greater flexibility to only lock the participant for a certain amount of time.

Update to Display of Completed Forms in Participant Schedule

The way the system counts and displays the number of completed forms in the participant schedule has been updated to include participant and site staff completed forms. This provides a more accurate count of completed forms, so that users can efficiently manage participants’ workflow through a trial.

Update to Display of Past Due Forms in Participant Schedule

The way the system identifies a form as past due has been updated. A form will be considered past due if the form is either partially completed by site staff, or not completed at all, at the time the visit window has passed. This provides a more accurate representation of forms that are past their completion date.

Easily Identify Required Consent Forms

If there is a consent form that needs to be completed before other schedule templates may be applied, the system will display an icon next to that form name on the participant schedule page. This allows site staff to quickly and easily identify which consent forms have been flagged as “required to complete” before other schedule templates may be applied to the participant.
